That's why we have developed the Crowne Plaza Sleep Advantage® program with the help of sleep expert, Dr. Michael Breus, Ph.D. of Sound Sleep, LLC.
Our program is a holistic approach to sleep that includes the following features:

Comfortable new beds with luxury sheets
We have enhanced our beds to a new level of comfort with 7 pillows, a plush duvet, and luxurious sheets.
Quiet Zone Floors
We have created designated Quiet Zone floors to ensure maximum silence for our business travel guests. Quiet Zones are only offered Sunday through Thursday and promise the following:
- No housekeeping or maintenance activities between 9:00 PM and 10:00 AM, unless requested by a guest
- Children and leisure groups will be booked in other areas of the hotel
Our Guaranteed Wake-Up Call will ease any anxiety associated with oversleeping. This guarantee promises that you’ll receive your wake-up* call at your specified time, or your night is free**. (*Wake-up call will be provided within 5 minutes before or after the requested time. **Room rate and applicable taxes apply).
Sleep CD and relaxation tips
Guest rooms will now include a Sleep CD and relaxation tips. This comprehensive CD offers guests scientifically based relaxation tips and exercises to help promote healthy sleep habits.

Sleep Amenities that you are provided with in your guest room includes the following luxuries for your enjoyment:
- eye mask and drape clip to block out unwanted light
- earplugs to ensure silence
