Nestled on the banks of the Saint John River, the Lord Beaverbrook Hotel offers 168 guest rooms and suites. All guest rooms include full private bath, air-conditioning, 27" remote control television with on-command movies, Sony Playstation and internet access. Most guest rooms offer one or two queen beds and all include coffee/tea station, irons and boards, clock radios and hairdyers. Rooms with one king bed, smoking and non smoking sections and views of the Saint John River are treated as a special request only.
The Lord Beaverbrook offers 12 suites, ranging from Junior Suites, One Bedroom Suites to the Royal Suite. Some Suites are designed for persons
